Also the hoods look very similar to SRAM.

...looks like nice cyclo-cross equipment but if you were buying an awesome red pinarello prince or top end colnago carbon frameset, would you really wanna put that stuff on it ???...
ya, it looks alot like xtr. I like xtr though, more than I like DA. but obviously the Italian bike needs the Italian parts, but I thinkn I'll stick with 10 speed for the time being
