Know your farmer

erik_kowalski_IMG_3160.jpg
Took my weekly trip out to my friends organic farm in Dartmouth on Earthday last week.  I buy fresh eggs, milk, and meat.  The northeast growing season is short, but vegetables are just around the corner.  I thought this Kale looked tasty (a commenter has pointed out that " that's rhubarb, not kale. Rhubarb leaves are toxic." )  Also their bacon is unbelievable, and those eggs aren't painted they came that way.  The way Easter eggs are supposed to be courtesy of Round the Bend Farm.
