From the weekend

The last few weeks have been supper busy at work. My company is getting ready to, "drop" a new supper hot website. So as crunch time draws on, I get more and more busy. On top of that, my little sister is out visiting me on Spring break so my weekend was spent cursing around Socal doing the tourist crap. Which is cool, since they're paying for it, but it of course leaves little time for blogging. I've got plenty of stuff I'm planning on posting, just no time to post it. Just yet anyways, but until then, I will just pass along this image. Which I photographed at Surf beach in Malibu. It seems that a tri-athlete was lured into the sport of surfing, for its obvious cross training benefits. As horrible of an abomination as this rig is, I must say I admire their determination to go surfing sans-car. Plus the pure gall and utter disregard for your equipment that it takes to convert your Time Trial bike into an OSV (Over Sand Vehicle).

Perhaps the OSV conversion is an anti-theft strategy since it appears to be unlocked...

i agree, just like when you see buses idling and unlocked...
who in their right mind would steal it? and if you did, would you really get away THAT quick?

The forward facing red blinkie on the trailer is a nice touch too.
