More surfing & friends along the way

Went surfing again today, and the waves were good. On the way to the beach, a guy on the side of the road flagged me down and needed a jump for his truck. I was happy to help, and as it turns out he also makes hand-made hollow wooden boards. One of which he had in his truck, it looks pretty rad and is only slightly heavier than a normal board for that size. Would love to get my hands on one and take it out for a test session.

Yo! That's a NY plate. You gotta get a test ride and post some info. Ida was good to you then, she made the last cross race of the season a mudfest!

Hey erik
thanks for the jump, and for posting pics! Working on a website--should be up in the next month. For now, you can check out my facebook page--http://www.facebook.com/pages/Rio-del-Oso-Longboards/194944396457?ref=ts

I'll let you know if I'm out that way with a board again, you'd be more than welcome to take it one out.
